About the Role:
State of Mind Apparel LLC is looking for a dynamic and driven Customer Relations Manager / Sales Associate to join their growing team in Zieglerville, PA. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients—helping them navigate the process from initial design concepts and quotes to final order delivery. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where managing order accuracy is paramount.

Core Responsibilities

• Account & Pipeline Management: Guide customers through product selection (t-shirts, hoodies, hats, etc.), calculate pricing using our internal matrices, and generate accurate custom apparel quotes in Printavo .
• Artwork & Order Approvals: Coordinate between clients and our graphic design/production team to secure formal artwork mockups and quote approvals, ensuring all details are flawless before printing begins.
• Financial & Order Tracking: Process customer invoices and deposits via Printavo , ensuring seamless sync and reconciliation with QuickBooks .
• Relationship Building: Actively follow up on incoming leads, manage customer inquiries, and maintain strong retention with schools, sports teams, and corporate clients.
• Production Liaison: Act as the bridge between the customer and the production floor to track order progress, manage rush requests, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Leadership Potential & Initiative : This person will also be learning multiple areas of the business.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, or account management (apparel or print industry experience is a major plus).
• Hands-on experience or rapid adaptability to industry-specific software ( Printavo or similar shop management systems) and accounting platforms ( QuickBooks ) is highly preferred.
• Extreme attention to detail—errors in apparel sizes, garment colors, or print placement can be costly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle high-volume client emails and phone calls.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, accountability, ability to lead others, handling difficult conversations, business judgement and willingness to learn the production side of screen printing & embroidery.
