This is a hybrid work opportunity.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end execution of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) portfolio initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with clear business valueTranslate CFO and Finance & Accounting (F&A) priorities into actionable delivery plans, ensuring solutions meet business needsCoordinate across engineering, data, architecture, product, and vendors to drive integrated deliveryImplement consistent reporting, risk management, and executive communication to ensure visibility and accountabilityBuild and mentor delivery teams, resolve escalations, and drive continuous improvement in delivery effectivenessAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum ten years of recent experience leading complex technology or transformation initiatives, including multi-workstream portfolios.Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is requiredStrong understanding of finance processes and how technology drives financial outcomesProven experience across full lifecycle delivery (plan, design, build, deploy, operate) using Agile and hybrid modelsExperience delivering data, analytics, or enterprise platform solutions (for example, cloud, reporting, integration)Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives, translating technology into business value; capability to manage day-to-day execution while contributing to long-term strategy and delivery model improvementApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG LLP and its subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
