Tryfacta is seeking a CNA LTC for our client in Seward, AK 99664. This is a 26 week contract assignment. Position Title: CNA LTC Location: Seward, AK 99664 Duration: 26 weeks Work Schedule: Days or Nights 412-hour shifts (Traveler's Choice: 312 or 412, based on facility needs)

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, feeding, bathing, and personal care
• Maintain infection control and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Active CNA license (AK license or pending application accepted)
• Previous Travel CNA experience (Required)
• Long-Term Care (LTC) experience (Required)
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience
