Shifts Available:

• Nights: 4x12-Hour (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
• Days: 4x12-Hour (7:00 AM 7:00 PM) (Traveler may choose 4x12 or 3x12 variable shifts; assignment will not rotate between day/night)

Position Details:

• Specialty: Long Term Care (LTC)
• Weekly Pay: $1,851.00
• $15.00/hr (W2 Taxable)
• $1,071.00 (Non-Taxable Stipend)
• Guaranteed Hours: 60 hours per 2 weeks
• May be called off for one 12-hour shift per 2-week period
• Patient Ratio: 1:20
• Charting System: ECS
• Scrub Color: Any
• Parking: Free
• Vehicle Provided: Yes (see below)

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent LTC experience
• Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association)
• License: Alaska CNA license required
• Pending license accepted Must submit Alaska CNA license application within 72 hours of signing, or contract will be canceled
• Travel Experience: Previous travel experience required
• First Time Travelers: Not accepted
• On-Call: No
• Floating: Yes, within scope of practice
• RTO (Requested Time Off): Considered individually at time of offer
• Local Candidates: Not accepted (must live 50+ miles from the facility)

• Staffing Flexibility: Days or nights based on facility need at start date

Vehicle Information:

• A vehicle will be arranged for traveler use, either through the facility or a rental company
• Use allowed within a 30-mile radius of the facility
• Traveler must provide a valid driver's license and insurance (with rental car coverage)
• Vehicle must be returned clean and with a full tank
• Vehicle available 72 hours before contract start and up to 24 hours after contract ends
• Tire chains available at traveler's cost
• Vehicle must be returned during any extended time off; a new one will be provided upon return
