Your primary responsibility will include partnering with plant leadership to drive talent, engagement, performance, and workforce initiatives that support business objectives. You will serve as the primary HR business partner for employees and managers at a large single manufacturing site. You are knowledgeable in leading efforts in employee relations activities, including coaching, investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action processes. You will ensure compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local employment laws.

Additionally, you will manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, performance management, and employee development. You will have the opportunity to lead recruiting and workforce planning efforts to attract, retain, and develop top talent. Further you will partner with operations leaders to coordinate training programs, monitor compliance requirements, and support workforce capability development. You have proven ability to drive employee engagement, recognition, and communication initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. You can show proficiency in utilizing HRIS systems and workforce data to monitor key HR metrics, identify trends, and support informed decision-making. You will lead and support organizational change initiatives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What makes you great:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or HR leadership experience

Master's degree and/or SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar certification preferred but not required

It is preferred that you have experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, defense, precision manufacturing, or other operational environments

Experience supporting multi-disciplinary teams including both exempt and non-exempt workforce is required

Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills required
