Security Facility SupervisorThe Security Facility Supervisor manages and provides leadership to assigned workgroup; develops, implements, and coordinates program activities.You will conduct the following responsibilities, upholding Tarian's commitment to safety and security while supporting the values and culture of the client and community.Implement and oversee security operations at individual facilities -- including responsibilities for day-to-day supervision, motivation, coaching and training of our Officers on site.Performs other duties as assignedQualificationsA pre-employment background check and drug screen are required for this position upon receiving a conditional offer of employment.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCECompleted High School Diploma or GEDMust be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certificationsStrong vision abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focusMust be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift, move or lift objects up to 80 lbs.Valid driver's license and ability to meet Tarian driving guidelines if applicable (for Driving Roles).Employment Verification For applicable roles, previous employment must be verified through our background vendor. If any employment cannot be confirmed, candidates may be required to provide proof of employment (such as a pay stubs or W-2s).Desired Qualifications of the Shift Supervisor:Previous experience training and overseeing staffPrevious work experience with the public in a service settingPHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT Work hours will vary depending on assignments, client schedules, project deadlines, and the needs of the company. Workweeks may exceed 40 hours and may involve any of the 7 days of the week, depending on the needs of the business. The work environment may be fast-paced and stressful or may also be quiet and slow-paced. All environments and pace of work will require alertness and ability to perform under pressure.While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to sit, stand, and walk for variable amounts of time throughout an assigned shift; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects objects 25 pounds or more. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
