Project Manager - M&A

We are seeking a highly experienced contract Senior Technical Program Manager to provide immediate, hands‑on program management across active mergers and acquisitions integrations within a fast‑paced, high‑growth enterprise SaaS environment. This is a 6‑month engagement based in Pleasanton, CA or Atlanta, GA, embedded within a Business Technology Program Management Office that drives consistency, operational rigor, and delivery excellence across critical technology initiatives. The role is primarily execution‑focused — owning the operating cadence, tracking and closing cross‑functional dependencies, and keeping release commitments on schedule across a high volume of moving threads — with a secondary mandate to help codify execution experience into specific sections of an M&A Integration Playbook. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, navigates complex political landscapes with ease, and brings a proven track record of steering enterprise‑scale integrations from kickoff through business handoff. Responsibilities Own and run recurring M&A Scrum‑of‑Scrums across Business Technology, Product & Technology, Support/CX, Salesforce, SnapLogic, Security, Finance, and Integration Management Office teams Maintain the integrated project plan, action tracker, and risk log; surface and **escalate** blockers before they affect release dates Drive resolution of cross‑team dependencies and **escalate** when timelines are at risk due to external team ownership Own release delivery for active integrations end‑to‑end, including Support/CX changes, Salesforce app‑support changes, Jira/SnapLogic integration work, and QA/UAT planning Drive CRM, order management, and partner motion decisions needed to lock GTM disposition and unblock downstream integration work Run CX/onboarding workstreams for newly acquired companies — including auto‑provisioning, deletion flows, and customer notifications — through to release readiness Track technical prerequisites and dependencies to closure, including endpoint/IP‑range configuration, system integrations, and Architecture Review Board approvals Track technical security review and IP‑whitelisting items through to sign‑off, supporting SOX/ITGC controls, data privacy guardrails, and security baseline requirements Surface open architecture and scope decisions to the appropriate owners rather than allowing them to remain unresolved Own data migration and CRM data validation work supporting a clean, CDM‑enabled data model with reporting visible inside enterprise systems Drive agreement and agreement‑line data remediation, customer‑ID stamping, scorecard data validation, and renewal/data‑load testing to closure Partner with Finance, Integration Management Office, and Field Technology Operations on cutover planning, schedule‑slip impacts, and contractor funding for active deals Support transition of Integration Management Office‑owned integration work to standing business channels at the appropriate point in the integration lifecycle Contribute to the codification of integration execution experience into specific sections of the M&A Integration Playbook Skills Strong judgment and ability to make decisive moves in fast‑paced, high‑stakes environments Skilled in evaluating complex integration options and guiding resistant stakeholders toward sound, unified decisions Expertise in governance and transparency frameworks that hold all parties accountable regardless of organizational rank Exceptional communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels and navigate political roadblocks Proven ability to turn integration execution into documented, repeatable processes including playbooks, runbooks, and operational standards Adaptable and resilient with the ability to manage shifting priorities and organizational complexity while maintaining a long‑term delivery focus Deep familiarity with cross‑functional program delivery across engineering, security, finance, CRM, and operations teams Proficiency with program and project management tooling including Jira and integrated planning frameworks Working knowledge of SOX/ITGC controls, data privacy requirements, and security baseline standards in enterprise SaaS environments Experience 12+ years of experience in program or project management with a proven history of successfully steering enterprise‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives through turbulence 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud, or high‑growth technology environments Significant experience managing end‑to‑end M&A integrations with a specific focus on the organizational and process components that most commonly cause friction Proven ability to lead high‑visibility programs and maintain composure with executive stakeholders during high‑stakes pivots Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Management, or equivalent practical experience PMP, PgMP, or CSM certification is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
