Associate Executive Director

Overview The Associate Executive Director is responsible for ongoing center operations, including program development and management, membership development, and supervision of Program Directors. The Associate Executive Director is responsible for all facets of marketing YMCA programs and provides staff leadership to advance the YMCA mission and position the center as a vital community asset serving youth development, social responsibility, and healthy living. Responsibilities Oversee ongoing center operations, including program development and management, membership development, and supervision of Program Directors. Lead marketing of YMCA programs and provide staff leadership to advance the YMCA mission and position the center as a vital community asset serving youth development, social responsibility, and healthy living. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree is required. Minimum of five years of professional experience. Ability to develop and maintain quality programs. Strong organizational and supervisory skills. Must possess knowledge in fiscal management, program planning, member services and sales, personnel management, training and evaluation, public relations, and fundraising.
