About the Role We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, organized professional to join our team as an Accounting & Administration Specialist. This key support role sits at the intersection of Finance and Operations, working closely with Project Controllers and Project Managers to keep project costs, commitments, and documentation accurate and on track. What You’ll Do Assist with preparation and return of contract documents Assist with preparation and return of monthly compliance documents Identify and update vendor Certificates of Insurance and W9s as needed Help compile documents and data for internal and external reports Support administrative project startup and closeout processes Handle a variety of administrative duties including data entry, document organization, and mail processing Assist the Accounting and Administrative teams with special assignments to keep overall workflow running smoothly What We’re Looking For Intermediate Excel skills — comfortable with spreadsheets and able to work efficiently without a lot of direction Some exposure to ERP or project management systems like Sage or Procore is a plus, but not required 1 year of basic bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred — general understanding of how numbers flow through a business goes a long way in this role Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters and you take that seriously Highly organized — manage tasks, files, and follow‑through with intention Compensation $23.00 – $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience #J-18808-Ljbffr DMK Development Group
