Customer Support Associate Squarespace

This role sits on the front line of Squarespace's customer operations team, handling live chats and emails from customers dealing with account, billing, domain, or other transactional issues. The work is mostly queue-based, with live chat making up the bulk of daily activity, and includes staying current on product updates and flagging recurring problems to the team. Applicants need at least one year of customer-facing experience, strong written communication skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple requests while meeting quality and productivity targets. Familiarity with the Squarespace platform is expected, along with open availability across a 40-hour week that includes weekends and holidays. The role is remote but limited to residents of Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Oregon, Tennessee, or Utah, with a dedicated home office and reliable Wi-Fi required.
