Critical Care Pharmacist — ICU Rounding & Mentoring

Providence St Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist – Critical Care to join our ICU teams. The role includes direct patient care in the Medical-Surgical ICU, Cardiac ICU, and Neurocritical Care Unit, with rounding and emergencies, plus a secondary practice area and resident/ student precepting. Shifts are 10 hours, mostly days/evenings, weekdays and every third weekend, with a focus on collaboration within multidisciplinary teams and ongoing professional growth #J-18808-Ljbffr Providence Health Plan Group
