BROACH MACHINE OPERATOR 2nd SHIFT Location: Mansfield, TX
Pay: $20.00$21.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: MondayThursday, 3:30 PM 2 AM
Shift: 2nd Shift Position Overview We are currently hiring an experienced Broach Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team in Mansfield, TX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing or machining environment and be comfortable working with precision equipment and production materials.Candidates with a CNC machining background are encouraged to apply. Experience with CNC equipment, mills, lathes, or machine builders such as Haas, Doosan, Makino, Mori, Mazak, or similar equipment is highly relevant. Key Responsibilities

• Operate broach and other production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials and components into production equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and production processes.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and identify defects or irregularities.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report mechanical or operational issues.
• Follow work instructions, production procedures, and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records as required.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all company policies and OSHA/safety guidelines.
• Meet production, quality, and attendance expectations.

• Previous experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing environment required.
• Experience with broaching, CNC machinery, or other machining equipment preferred.
• CNC experience with mills, lathes, or similar machining equipment is a strong plus.
• Experience with equipment such as Haas, Doosan, Makino, Mori, Mazak, or comparable machines is preferred.
• Ability to load and unload materials and operate machinery safely.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Good attendance and reliability are required.

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must successfully pass a drug test.
• Must be able to maintain dependable attendance.

• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM 2 AM
