Maintenance & Facilities Manager

YOUR TASKS Supervise, guide, and assign projects to supervisors, project engineers, and engineering technicians relating to the engineering, development, maintenance, and special projects of all machinery and equipment Be responsible for overseeing all vendors on property, negotiating with vendors to reduce overhead costs, and any facility-related repairs and general upkeep Delegate work projects for the improvement of the efficiency and reliability of equipment used in operations Maintain equipment PM records and lead in reducing the downtime of equipment Assist and/or lead in research and development of new products, processes, or CAPEX projects Develop and modify equipment to meet the department’s production, quality, or layout requirements Vendors include, but not limited to, housekeeping, recycling, trash, and miscellaneous day-to-day requirements Assist in new building selection and fit out to meet Arvato specifications Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex conveyor, robotics, and automation systems Ability to support and troubleshoot WCS and PLC's YOUR PROFILE At least 5 years in a Facilities Manager role or similar experience Must possess a BS degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience Previous experience supervising others Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment Must be able to work long hours, including overtime if needed Ability to travel up to 10% of the time Work shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 am - 5:30 pm Work location: 2500 Export Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40219 WE OFFER Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Disability Pay.401(k) with company matching up to 6%.Paid Time Off, including paid holidays.Flexible Spending Accounts.Voluntary benefits such as legal and financial assistance, pet insurance, and more.Employee Assistance Program.Ongoing employee development opportunities including tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and training.Commuter benefits.Employee engagement activities.
