Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Director to lead enterprise learning strategy and execution for Product Development & Supply. This leader will establish global GxP learning frameworks, translate business priorities into scalable capability solutions, and advance AI-enabled learning while building a high-performing global team.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead global PDS Learning strategy, multi-year roadmap, and portfolio aligned with business priorities
- Own GxP learning strategy and risk-based compliance framework across Product Development & Supply functions
- Establish governance, standards, and accountabilities for consistent global execution and local ownership
- Serve as senior accountability point for GxP learning during audits and regulatory inspections
- Lead design and deployment of scalable, role-based capability solutions including onboarding and qualification
Requirements
- Proven experience leading enterprise learning strategy and operating models
- Deep knowledge of GxP, regulatory compliance, and pharmaceutical quality systems
- Track record translating business strategy into integrated learning solutions with measurable impact
- Experience with governance, risk-based frameworks, and inspection readiness
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse global teams across matrix organizations
- Expertise in digital learning, AI/GenAI applications, and modern learning technologies
- Strong stakeholder influence and change management capabilities
