Manager, Partnerships & Strategy (Casual) - Transforming Mental Health

This is a casual, grant funded position which is subject to renewal on 06/30/2029.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Manager of Partnerships and Strategy serves as a strategic role in advancing the Transforming Mental Health (TMH) Initiative's partnerships, communications and advocacy support strategies - directly reporting to the Transforming Mental Health Director. The Transforming Mental Health Initiative works toward effective prevention, early identification, policy advocacy, education, and research around innovative models of care to increase access to care and improve the mental health status of children and youth. The Manager is the primary point of coordination for partner relationships, community outreach, policy surveillance and research, and supporting related advocacy efforts. This role ensures smooth execution of TMH nonclinical strategic priorities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum three to five years of experience in related roles.

Demonstrated experience managing partnerships with community-based or healthcare organizations.

Demonstrated expertise in project management, grant administration, and event coordination.

Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to establish positive rapport across diverse stakeholders, including proficiency with public speaking.

Experience with grant-funded initiatives and cross-sector partnerships.

Culturally competent and responsive.

Demonstrated commitment to respecting differences and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's Degree

The current salary range for this position is $48.03 to $66.06
