JOB DESCRIPTION
Our salon in Port Orchard is looking a talented licensed Cosmetologist or Barber for our Salon Manager role. Are you passionate about cutting hair and making your clients look great? If so, this may be you! Our team is dedicated to exceptional customer service and building up a large client base, and the ideal candidate for this role has similar goals in mind. Want to stay up to date on the latest trends? At Sport Clips, we provide ongoing training to our hair stylists and barbers so they can stay up to date on the latest haircut trends. - A valid state cosmetology or barber license.
- Previous leadership experience in a salon environment preferred.
- Previous behind the chair experience as a Hair Stylist or Barber required.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of applicable beauty products sold in store.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
