Tax Associate

Responsibilities:
Support tech and life sciences clients at all growth stages
Assist with mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance
Handle equity financings, technology transfers, complex licensing and collaboration arrangements
Engage in domestic and international tax planning
Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of (Law Firm) tax law experience
Experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance
Strong communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Superior academic credentials

Salary Range: $365,000 - $435,000 (based on year classification)
