Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented, patient-focused Front Desk Team Member who is a strong team player and will represents our practice with professionalism and warmth.

Primary responsibilities include completing thorough insurance verifications, answering patient phone calls, scheduling patients, checking patients out after appointments, and serving as a positive brand ambassador for our office.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and is comfortable working on a computer for much of the day. This position requires professionalism, organization, and the ability to communicate clearly with patients and team members in a positive, upbeat, and helpful manner.

Responsibilities

Obtain insurance, verify insurance, determine benefits

Input patient information into Dentrix

Check patients out after treatment.

Answer phones, assist patients with scheduling or other issues

Assisting other team members with insurance information

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills that demonstrate positivity

Previous experience with verifying dental insurance and benefits

Strong organization skills that demonstrate working in an organized manner

Excellent attention to detail

Experience in a dental office at the front desk. (Minimum two years.)
