Schedule Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM Assignment Duration This is a 13‑week contract position. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional with clinical experience in med‑surg and post‑acute care settings. The ideal candidate will be a licensed individual, with preference given to social workers. The role requires effective communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and an understanding of reimbursement benefits, including Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive healthcare services in med‑surg and post‑acute care settings. Coordinate patient care and manage case documentation. Advise patients on reimbursement benefits and requirements. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure 3-5 years of clinical experience in healthcare settings. Current state license/certification to practice. Social Worker certification preferred. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care systems.
