LADDER Clinician - Co-located; Phoenix, AZ 85008 & 85029

Co‑Located Clinician Provide outpatient counseling services for individuals with co‑occurring substance use and mental health symptoms across two LADDER sites in Phoenix, AZ. The role is supervised by the LADDER Site Manager and includes individual and group counseling, case management, and additional duties that ensure smooth program operation. Schedule Full‑time, Monday‑Friday 8:00‑17:00. No weekends. Compensation Starting salary: $23.42/hour for BHT level therapists, $57,000+ for associate level therapists, $70,000+ for independent licensed therapists. Clinician Duties Develop therapeutic relationships with clients in homes or onsite as required. Participate in treatment planning with clients and families. Utilize evidence‑based practices to meet client needs. Determine and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions. Seek supervision or consultation as needed. Maintain self‑reflection and self‑awareness. Create clear, measurable treatment objectives. Treat clients with respect and uphold confidentiality. Comply with Terros Health policies and professional ethics. Muster proper session structure, starting and ending sessions on time. Project a positive, professional image. Meet performance metrics related to engagement, closures, and referrals to primary care. Ensure clients access primary care annually or as prescribed. Review service delivery to confirm health outcomes. Collaborate with the treatment team keeping clients central to care. Coordinate client care actively. Complete administrative tasks and documentation on the same day. Produce progress notes reflecting evidence‑based treatment. Travel between sites and maintain punctuality. Maintain or obtain Arizona State licensure within one year. Complete additional duties as assigned and maintain productivity metrics. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development. Perform special projects as assigned.
