Dealership Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Match customers to the right vehicle based on their needs, budget, and driving habits

• Present and demonstrate vehicle features with confidence and product knowledge

• Manage the full sales process from first introduction through vehicle delivery

• Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through consistent follow-up and outreach

• Hit monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership performance goals

• Stay current on inventory, pricing, and available incentives to answer questions accurately

• Complete all required paperwork correctly and in line with dealership procedures

• Coordinate with finance and sales team members to deliver a smooth customer experience

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience preferred; automotive background is not required

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

• Self-starter who holds themselves accountable to goals without close supervision

• Well-organized with reliable follow-through on commitments

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Must pass a background check and drug screening
