Job Summary
This job focuses on leading user experience design, coordinating user research, and managing prototype development. It plays a crucial role in advancing the accessibility and effectiveness of the company's digital channels and strategic communication initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the experience design for external digital communications, ensuring alignment with user research and content development
• Leading projects in user-centered design processes and user experience prototyping for the company's web and mobile platforms
• Collaborating on the enhancement of public web and new media projects, contributing to the strategic use of digital channels
• Driving the expansion of digital delivery channels to elevate user experience for accessing diverse company communications
• Assessing product and user experience requirements to inform design strategies and ensure alignment with company objectives
• Conducting best practice analyses of internal and external sites to guide improvements in user experience design
• Developing, testing, and refining prototypes to optimize digital interactions and user satisfaction across platforms
• Providing expertise in user experience to support the company's mission through improved access to multimedia content and educational materials
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
