Work Environment\n

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to develop customized treatment plans tailored to their individual needs, goals, and personal circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment.

• Educate and support clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
