Customer Service Call Center Representative (Temporary)

As part of this initiative, we are reviewing and optimizing our phone system configuration to better meet our customers' needs. To support this effort, we are seeking dedicated temporary workers to join our team at the Des Plaines office, with the potential for some positions to become permanent later in the fall.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently

- Document customer interactions and update relevant records
