Safety and Occupational Health Manager

Duties
Manages the Regional Safety and Occupational Health Program, ensuring OSHA compliance and overseeing training, inspections, and accident investigations.
Conducts regional safety inspections and mishap investigations, prepares reports, and recommends corrective actions to eliminate hazards.
Develops and updates safety policies, procedures, and training programs, assessing effectiveness and adjusting to emerging needs.
Reviews construction and facility plans, recommending changes to ensure compliance with safety standards and reduce risks.
Provides expert guidance to leadership and supervisors on safety requirements and supports wellness initiatives with the EAP.
