Accounts Receivable Specialist (F1477795JTP) New York, New York Salary: USD33 - USD38 per hour Beacon Hill Financial is collaboratingwith a company in Manhattan to bring an Accounts Receivable Specialistto their growing team.The role will support the day-to-day AR function, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and strong customer account management. If you have 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, Responsibilities Manage the full accounts receivable process, including invoicing, cash application, account reconciliation, and collections activities. Monitor outstanding customer balances and follow up on past-due accounts to ensure timely payment. Research and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and customer account inquiries. Process and reconcile incoming payments while maintaining accurate customer account records. Prepare AR aging reports and assist with reporting and analysis related to receivables. Collaborate with accounting, finance, customer service, and sales teams to resolve account issues and improve processes. Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and AR-related journal entries. Maintain compliance with company policies and internal controls. #J-18808-Ljbffr Beacon Hill
