About the Role:

Responsibilities:  

• Assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Record and update patient medical histories accurately.
• Administer medications and vaccinations as directed by physicians.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage office communications.
• Perform basic lab tests and assist with diagnostic procedures.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Provide exceptional patient support and education regarding treatments.

Requirements:

 

• Minimum 2 years experience
• Medical Assistant Certificate
• Aesthetics experience is a big plus
• Sales experience is a big plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant preferred.
• Previous experience in a medical office or clinical setting is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
