• Our medical professionals deliver bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states.
• We offer comprehensive training in wound management and a fellowship program to equip you with the skills necessary for clinical excellence.
• Full-time physicians working under a W2 contract typically earn around $300,000 annually, in addition to benefits.
• Enjoy the flexibility and independence in your work schedule, with full-time positions averaging a 45-hour work week.

Qualifications:

• Possession of an active, unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice.
• A minimum commitment of three weekdays per week is required.

Practice Details:

• Full-time hours are Monday to Friday (7 AM - 4 PM), with part-time options available.
• No on-call duties or weekend clinical responsibilities.
• Physicians provide contemporary wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
• Weekly wound rounds are conducted at each facility by our physicians.
• Part-time roles require a minimum of three days per week, while full-time roles consist of four to five days per week.
• This is a mobile practice, with physicians visiting facilities within a 40 to 60-mile radius of their practice location.
• Each physician typically visits 2-3 facilities daily, treating approximately 20-30 patients.
• Clinical documentation is performed in real-time at the point of care using our specialized wound-specific EMR system.
• Paid training is provided during onboarding, along with a six-month wound care fellowship.
• This position is offered under a W2 employment contract (please note that work visa sponsorship is not available).
