Resources serves as a strategic advisor to senior Technology leaders, shaping and delivering integrated people strategies that enable business performance and transformation.This role operates at the AccountabilitiesStrategic HR Leadership & Business PartnershipPartner with senior GTS leaders and functional leaders to design and execute forward-looking people strategies aligned to business objectivesProvide strategic insights on workforce trends, talent risks, and organizational health to inform decision-makingAnticipate the people implications of business strategies and influence leadership to drive optimal outcomesAdvance outcomes aligned to the TD Way, ensuring talent strategies support business performanceTalent Management & Leadership DevelopmentLead end-to-end talent strategies including succession planning, talent reviews, and development planningStrengthen leadership capability through coaching, targeted development, and succession pipelinesPartner with leaders internal and external HR trends to continuously evolve people strategiesQualificationsUniversity degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field10–15 years of progressive HR experience with deep expertise across multiple HR disciplinesProven experience partnering with senior executives in a large, complex, matrixed organizationDemonstrated success leading large-scale change and transformation initiativesLeadership & Capability RequirementsStrong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business priorities into actionable HR plansProven
