About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Human Resources in Global Technology Solutions. This strategic role is pivotal in shaping and delivering integrated people strategies that align with business objectives, particularly in the areas of talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. The successful candidate will be a key partner to senior technology leaders, providing insights on workforce trends, talent risks, and organizational health. They will be responsible for leading end-to-end talent strategies, including succession planning, and ensuring strong talent pipelines for current and future needs. The role also involves championing an inclusive culture, driving targeted action plans based on colleague insights, and supporting large-scale transformation initiatives. Applicants for the AVP, Human Resources position at the company should have a university degree in a relevant field and 10-15 years' of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record of partnering with senior executives in a large, complex organization. The role requires a leader with a strong strategic mindset, exceptional relationship management, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to deliver results in both the short and long term. The ideal candidate will have a background in leading large-scale change and transformation initiatives, and a demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and inspire talent.
