Responsibilities High volume caseload which you will manage and be responsible for. Work with the firm’s state‑of‑the‑art AI and software systems and follow firm protocols. Provide a quality client experience, including verbal and written updates. Litigate with a client‑first mindset that the case is about “Injury Law Made Personal.” Collaborate with, train, and support co‑lawyers, support staff, and everyone connected to Ankin Law. Allocate time for case strategy and discussion especially on high‑value or high‑expert‑cost cases. Work to achieve a reputation as a leader in the field of injury law. Starting salary for beginning career attorneys around $100,000. Base salary for seasoned attorneys typically $100,000–$200,000 with a clearly defined compensation structure based on performance, no upper end cap. Lawyering ability prioritized over business generation; exceptional lawyering generates clients. Ability to manage caseload without sacrificing the quality of experience for any client.
