Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, needs, and goals, including collecting detailed psychosocial histories.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to each client's unique situation and therapeutic objectives.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions using various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, emphasizing solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral techniques.

You will primarily serve adult clients facing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• Possess a valid mental health license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
