What You'll Do

As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming and memorable experience from arrival to departure. Your responsibilities will include:

• Warmly welcoming and engaging with guests throughout their stay
• Checking guests in and out efficiently and professionally
• Managing guest information and maintaining accurate records
• Assigning rooms and distributing room keys
• Answering guest questions and providing helpful information about the hotel and surrounding area
• Responding to guest requests and resolving concerns with professionalism and care
• Creating positive, lasting impressions through exceptional service
• Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Assisting with valet services and parking guest vehicles when needed
• Supporting the overall success of the hotel and our TEAM

What We're Looking For

• Previous front desk experience in a branded hotel or luxury hospitality environment is preferred, but we're willing to train the right customer-service professional who is eager to grow their career.
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is beneficial
• Familiarity with hotel systems such as OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, or Slack is a plus
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are preferred, with Spanish language skills highly desired
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High energy, a positive attitude, and the ability to build genuine connections with guests and TEAM members
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical or professional information, both verbally and in writing
• Ability and willingness to valet guest vehicles when needed
• A team-first mindset and a desire to continuously learn, grow, and develop

$17.00 per hour
