Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Harleysville, PA, for an Inside Parts Sales Specialist. The role involves assisting customers with parts inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service. Responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining accurate records of parts, and promoting sales opportunities to meet customer needs. The role requires collaboration with the team to provide the best possible support for our customers. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations Excellent Communication skills for effectively interacting with customers and team members Proven experience in Sales to identify opportunities and close transactions Proficiency in Inventory Control to maintain and organize supplies efficiently Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with crushing and screening equipment is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in sales or inventory management is advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr Emerald Equipment Systems Inc.
