Shipping and Receiving Associate Full Time Manual Labor Massachusetts, Billerica, MA, US 2 days ago Requisition ID: 1057 Salary Range: $21.00 To $25.00 Hourly Position Summary The S&R Associate will be responsible for receiving items used in the manufacturing of ColdSnap products and preparing outgoing shipments of finished products. This role coordinates and communicates with internal team members and with our logistics partners. Pick, package, prepare, and ship products and materials, including orders, marketing and sales literature, and all other relevant materials. Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment. Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks and other vehicles. Receive incoming shipments ensuring they match the accompanying documentation and are in good condition. Utilize ERP software and other programs to create, update, and manage shipping labels, manifest, specifications, and other relevant documentation. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and update the system accordingly. Print and organize the inventory picks daily. Conduct regular daily cycle counts and participate in periodic physical inventory. Research fulfillment issues. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to operate an electric folk lift. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, UPS/FedEx online software, and working with outside carriers. Strong knowledge of the bill of lading process and various forms that are used and required by freight carriers. Knowledge of food safety regulations and GMPs preferred. 2 + years of relevant Shipping or Warehouse experience, preferably in food manufacturing. 2 + years working with ERP systems and/or Inventory management experience. Physical Requirements Must be able to stand/work on your feet for long periods of time. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Coldsnap
