If you want to make a difference at the center of health, come join our innovative company and help us improve the lives of people and animals everywhere.Shift: Days, Monday-Friday 4:30am until completeSign on Bonus: $5,000This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.ResponsibilitiesSupervises daily work schedules and workflow assignments in receiving and inventory departments primarily to align workload distribution with operational priorities and service requirements.Leads the catalog and ordering interface request process to maintain setup accuracy, process consistency, and timely issue resolution.Resolves escalated customer and operational issues that require coordination, judgment, and follow-through across stakeholders.Facilitates warehouse and staging area organization standards to improve safety, inventory visibility, and efficiency.Monitors stock and inventory levels to maintain material availability and accurate operational planning.Improves day-to-day workflow effectiveness through practical process enhancements and team guidance.Guides team execution to reinforce accountability, role clarity, and consistent completion of assigned work.EducationBachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.Experience3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, specifically in receiving or inventory control departments.Skills & KnowledgeAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Good analytical skills.Strong leadership and staff development skills.Working knowledge of computers and company systems and programs.Ability to prioritize workloads and consistently meet deadlines.We provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members' ability to live with purpose every day.
