Senior Data Analyst

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field and 5+ years of advanced analytics experience; alternatively, a masters degree and 3+ years, a PhD and 1+ year, an associates degree and 7+ years, or a high school diploma and 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze large, complex datasets using SQL, Python, R, or advanced analytical frameworks, and extensive experience developing enterprise dashboards and visual reports with business intelligence tools.
• Strong experience validating data integrity, conducting statistical analysis, communicating technical findings to stakeholders, and preparing and maintaining complex technical documentation and analytical reports.
• Current, active Secret security clearance.
• Able to remain stationary for 50% of the time and occasionally move around the office to access equipment and files.
• Able to communicate and exchange accurate information with colleagues, management, and customers, including when delivering presentations.
• Preferred: Masters degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Preferred: Experience supporting U.S. Military Command operations or Department of Defense enterprise data environments.
• Preferred: Familiarity with data warehousing architectures, ETL pipeline optimization, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
• Preferred: Experience integrating data quality tools and automated testing into analytics workflows.

• Extract, cleanse, and transform complex structured and unstructured datasets for operational analysis.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools for leadership.
• Conduct statistical analysis, data modeling, and trend evaluation to identify operational metrics and insights.
• Work with technical teams and business stakeholders to define analytical requirements and data governance standards.
• Perform quality assurance, data reconciliation, and validation audits across enterprise data sources.
• Maintain technical baselines, analytical documentation, and reporting procedures to support continuous process improvement.
