Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Senior Digital Experience Designer. The right candidate is responsible for developing and executing advanced creative solutions that support brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion across digital and traditional marketing channels. This role combines strong visual design expertise with marketing strategy awareness to create compelling customer experiences, campaign assets, and branded communications. Other duties may be assigned.Design and deliver creative assets for integrated marketing campaigns across web, email, social media, digital advertising, video, print, presentations, and sales enablement channelsTranslate marketing objectives and customer insights into visually compelling concepts that support engagement, lead generation, and conversion goalsDevelop creative solutions that maintain brand consistency while adapting messaging and visuals for various audiences, products, and channelsCollaborate with copywriters, marketers, product teams, and external partners to create cohesive campaign experiences from concept through executionCreate and refine visual systems, templates, and design standards that support scalable marketing execution across markets and business unitsReview and provide feedback on creative work to ensure quality, accuracy, brand alignment, and adherence to design best practicesApply customer experience, accessibility, and usability principles to improve the effectiveness of marketing communications and digital experiencesManage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing deadlines, stakeholder expectations, and evolving business prioritiesContribute to the evolution of brand standards, visual identity systems, and creative production processesResearch emerging design trends, tools, and technologies and recommend enhancements to creative capabilitiesConduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAbility to travel overnightQualificationsEducation and/or ExperienceFigma experience is required for this positionBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing Design, or a related fieldFive (5) years of professional design experience supporting marketing, advertising, digital media, or creative services functionsStrong portfolio reflecting experience with integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channelsKnowledge of visual design principles, branding, digital marketing channels, and creative production processesAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and modern digital design toolsAbility to develop creative solutions that balance brand objectives, customer needs, and business goalsAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form or via DRH applicationsAbility to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
