Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Digital Experience Designer. The right candidate is responsible for designing and producing engaging marketing assets that support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and digital engagement across multiple channels. The Marketing Designer contributes creative ideas, executes design solutions, and continuously develops expertise in digital marketing, branding, and user-centered design. Other duties may be assigned.Design creative assets for digital and print marketing initiatives, including websites, email campaigns, social media, digital advertising, presentations, brochures, signage, and sales materialsTranslate marketing objectives, creative briefs, and brand standards into visually compelling designs that support customer engagement and campaign performanceCollaborate with marketing, product management, copywriters, and production designers to develop creative concepts and campaign materials from initial design through final deliveryPrepare production-ready files and ensure creative assets meet quality standards, accessibility requirements, and technical specifications for multiple platformsApply established brand guidelines while adapting creative assets for various audiences, business initiatives, and communication channelsRevise and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback while balancing multiple projects and meeting established deadlinesMaintain organized project files, design libraries, and creative assets to support efficient collaboration and consistency across marketing initiativesStay current on design trends, marketing best practices, and emerging creative technologies to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of marketing communicationsAssist in expanding the organization's library of reusable design templates, graphic elements, and creative resources to improve consistency and production efficiencyParticipate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute design ideas that support marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiativesConduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyQualificationsEducation and/or ExperienceFigma experience is required for this positionBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.Two (2) to four (4) years of professional graphic or marketing design experienceExperience creating digital and print marketing materialsKnowledge of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, layout, branding, and digital marketing fundamentalsAbility to interpret creative direction, manage multiple priorities, produce high-quality visual assets, and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team environmentAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form or via DRH applicationsAbility to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
