Development Director

Mosaic is currently seeking a Development Director to lead the development and execution of our fundraising strategy. With our innovative model of grantmaking, Mosaic aims to make transformative investments to meet the pace and scale of today’s challenges and win the big environmental victories necessary in this critical decade and beyond. We are looking for candidates who are experienced in fundraising, deeply familiar with the environmental and social justice movement, and excited to be hands‑on as you build out a program as a department of one.
