This position allows for remote work, providing therapists with the flexibility to balance their professional and personal lives. However, therapists will also engage in periodic in-office collaboration and participate in community-oriented events and therapeutic retreats aimed at enhancing team cohesion and professional development.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand individual client needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.

• Provide therapy and counseling services that may include family therapy, individual therapy, psychological evaluations, and group therapy sessions.

• Document sessions and manage medical records in accordance with legal, ethical, and organization policies, ensuring all client data is confidential and secure.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies when clients exhibit urgent psychological needs or emergencies, ensuring immediate and effective support.

• Collaborate in clinical peer meetings and professional workshops to continuously enhance therapeutic skills and methodologies.

• Participate in training for bariatric psychological evaluations, contributing to the holistic approach we take in patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
