We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Indianapolis. The organization partners closely with families to better understand each child’s unique strengths and needs, delivering thoughtful support in everyday, natural settings. They offer competitive hourly rates ($22 - $26 per hour) for both full-time and part-time roles, with full benefits provided for our full-time team members. Responsibilities Conduct 1:1 direct ABA therapy session with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in their natural environments (home and community) Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs developed by the supervising BCBA Monitor, collect, and record accurate behavior data during sessions using designated electronic data tracking systems Maintain professional, compassionate, and open communication with families, caregivers, and supervising BCBAs Foster a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment that promotes skill development and positive behavior change Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress in strict compliance with ethical and clinical standards Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB Active state License Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays (preferred) Ability to travel to client locations for home visits within the Indianapolis area High organizational skills and attention to detail for tracking behavioral data Effective and compassionate communication skills Job Schedule Part-time: Flexible schedules based on client availability and needs, typically 1–3 days per week Full-time: Monday to Friday schedules available, matching client and clinical needs Compensation Full-time & Part-time: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour (depending on experience) Benefits for Full-Time Comprehensive health insurance (Medical, Dental, and Vision) Paid time off (PTO) Miles between client reimbursement Work Settings Hybrid / Home visits (Natural Environment ABA in home and community settings) #J-18808-Ljbffr Diamond Medical Recruiting
