Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and evaluations, employing evidence-based practices to accurately diagnose a variety of mental health conditions.
• Manage and monitor patient medication regimens, ensuring therapeutic efficacy and making necessary adjustments to enhance patient outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with primary care providers and allied health professionals to deliver integrated care solutions that address both physical and mental health needs.
• Provide crisis intervention strategies and support, empowering patients during times of emotional distress with timely and effective care.
• Participate in outreach initiatives and educational programs aimed at increasing mental health awareness and reducing stigma in the community.
• Deliver therapeutic support through counseling and psychoeducation, utilizing your expertise to facilitate patient understanding and engagement in their care plans.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
