About This Opportunity We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Human Resources team to lead and innovate our hiring strategies across a multi-site healthcare environment. In this role, you’ll drive full-cycle recruitment, employment branding, and candidate experience initiatives while supporting branch-based Talent Acquisition Specialists. You’ll also be the system owner for our UKG Recruiting Gateway, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvements. What You’ll Do Partner with leaders to assess staffing needs and create recruitment strategies. Lead end-to-end hiring for corporate, sales, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles. Mentor and support branch-based Talent Acquisition Specialists. Own and optimize our ATS (UKG Recruiting Gateway), improving efficiency and reporting. Strengthen our employer brand in collaboration with marketing and HR. Use data and metrics to measure success, identify trends, and refine strategies. Champion an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field (PHR/SPHR a plus). 5+ years of progressive full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare and multi-site settings. Proven success recruiting across diverse roles, including sales and niche clinical positions. Strong expertise with ATS systems (UKG or similar). Skilled collaborator and influencer with senior leaders and field operations. Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing (preferred). Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with social media and job boards. A strategic thinker and hands-on leader. Work Environment This position operates in a remote setting with extended computer use and frequent communication across virtual formats.
