Job Summary
Our Pensacola, Florida studio is seeking a full-time Interior Designer to join our design team. This role focuses on the creative and technical aspects of interior design-delivering high-quality concepts, drawings, and specifications. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is enthusiastic about crafting functional, beautiful spaces across various sectors including education, hospitality, mixed-use and more.

Key Responsibilities
• Listening to clients' needs to determine initial goals and requirements for the space to be designed.
• Collaborate with project teams including architects and engineers to develop design concepts, space planning layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Assist in preparing presentations, mood boards, and material samples to communicate design ideas to clients.
• Select and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), materials, and finishes.
• Produce technical drawings and documentation for design development and construction, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and reflected ceiling plans. As well as design graphics, renderings, and videos.
• Participating in site visits throughout completion of project
• Maintains current design trends, materials, finishes, and sustainable practices.
• Manage portions of the design process independently while maintaining communication with the project lead.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to details and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects.
• NCIDQ certification is preferred but not required.
