NFS Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths and realize their full potential, utilizing individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy. What You’ll Do Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy. Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care. Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change. Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners. Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system. Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed. Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary. Who You Are Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (required). Independent Clinical License within two years. Current license in Massachusetts is a plus. Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach. Afternoon and evening availability is a plus. Able to work in one of our five office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield. Authorized to work in the U.S.; we cannot sponsor visas. Access to a laptop or desktop and high-speed secure internet for FFS positions. Access to high-speed secure internet required for Full Time positions. Premiums Paid For Non-English language capacity. Hourly Fee For Service $45/hour for MA level. $50–$55/hour for MA level with initial license or additional language capacity. $55–$60/hour for MA level with initial license, additional language capacity, or high level of experience. $65–$70/hour for independent license. Incentive For On-site 50% in person over a 3-month span earns $750. 75% in person over a 3-month span earns $1,000. 90% and above in person over a 3-month span earns $1,250. #J-18808-Ljbffr
