Automotive Call Center Receptionist- Business Development Center DePaula Ford is looking for a Receptionist for our Business Development Center. This receptionist is the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service while supporting the dealership's sales and service department. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with strong communication and organizational skills who are looking to begin a career in the automotive industry with opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities: Answer and direct incoming telephone calls to the appropriate departments or team members. Track every call into system and ensure accuracy. Employee is expected to work designated shift; Shift may change per the needsthe business for coverage. Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to appropriate personnel. Maintain customer information and appointment records in dealership management system (DMS). Provide basic information regarding dealership products, services, and hours of operation. Assist with administrative tasks and other duties assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to work in fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, dependable and team oriented. Previous customer service or receptionist experience is helpful but not required. Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance.
