If you know how to find shippers, win new business, close deals, and build a book of business, we want to talk to you. UC Group is looking for a Senior Freight Sales Executive who can hit the ground running and drive immediate revenue growth through new business development and existing shipper relationships. This is not a traditional account management role. You will have the autonomy, resources, and support to build relationships, develop new opportunities, grow your book of business, and own your revenue results. Compensation That Rewards Performance $100,000+ base salary , depending on experience and proven revenue performance Uncapped commission High earning potential for proven producers Accelerated earning opportunities based on revenue production Opportunity to leverage and grow an existing book of business Candidates with an established book of business may qualify for an enhanced compensation package What You'll Own You will own the entire sales process — from prospecting and relationship development through closing and long-term account growth. Generate new revenue through outbound prospecting and existing relationships Leverage and expand an existing book of business Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified shipper opportunities Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans Identify and pursue high-value opportunities Negotiate and close complex transportation agreements Expand wallet share within existing accounts Sell TL, LTL, consolidation, and other transportation solutions Partner with pricing and operations to develop competitive, scalable solutions Consistently meet or exceed aggressive revenue targets What Success Looks Like We are looking for someone who can produce quickly and make an immediate impact. First 30–60 Days Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities Activate existing relationships and industry contacts Identify new shipper opportunities Establish a clear territory and account strategy First 90–120 Days Generate measurable revenue Close new shipper accounts Begin building a significant book of business Demonstrate consistent sales activity and pipeline growth Long Term Build and manage a substantial book of business Increase customer wallet share Develop long-term shipper relationships Consistently generate new revenueBecome a significant revenue producer within UC Group What We're Looking For We are looking for an experienced transportation sales professional who knows how to hunt, close, and generate revenue. Required Qualifications 5–10+ years of freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation sales experience Proven track record of winning new business Demonstrated history of generating significant revenue Experience managing a $500K–$2M+ annual book of business Strong understanding of the transportation and logistics industry Experience selling TL, LTL, consolidation, or related transportation solutions Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills Ability to work independently and take full ownership of results Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven Preferred Qualifications Existing or transferable book of business Strong network of shipper relationships Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise shippers Experience in a high-growth or performance-driven sales environment Proven history of consistently exceeding sales goals Why UC Group? Compensation & Earnings Base Salary: $100,000–$180,000+ Commission: Uncapped Earning Potential: Designed for high-performing sales professionals Candidates with a proven history of revenue generation and an established book of business may be eligible for a higher base salary and enhanced compensation package.
