Allied / Tech - Speech Language Pathologist

Providence Saint Mary Medical Center- Apple Valley is seeking an Allied / Tech - Speech Language Pathologist. This is a travel position with a shift from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM, five days a week for 40 scheduled hours. The position is for a 13-week duration starting on July 14, 2026, and ending on October 13, 2026. The role is hybrid, involving both inpatient and outpatient settings, typically managing 1-3 adult outpatients per day, with the rest in an acute hospital setting. The candidate must be able to independently perform Modified Barium Swallow Studies.

Local candidates within a 50-mile radius should reach out to AM for local rate information. The position requires three years of experience, a BLS, CCC-SLP, and state license. Weekend coverage is not required, and a call is not required. Pending licenses are not accepted, and RTO restrictions must be included at the time of submission. The hospital offers free parking and uses the Epic charting system.

The candidate must commit to working three of the five holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD). They must disclose any license or background hits upfront and cannot have open license hits. The candidate must also provide two references covering one year within the last three years. Float between all facilities within the state is expected, and refusal may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours. The client may supply communication devices at no cost to the provider or agency.
