Intake Specialist

Providing comprehensive administrative support to a designated client, the full-time Intake Administrative Specialist will manage tasks such as meeting preparation, report generation, and document processing while working remotely up to 40 hours per week. Key responsibilities Assisting with all administrative requests and maintaining accurate personnel records Preparing weekly reports and presentations for the client, ensuring timely and accurate communication Monitoring and updating client information on their website and document management systems Required qualifications 2-year degree or certification in office-related work, or 4-5 years of relevant experience 1-2 years of computer-related experience, with expert-level skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Ability to learn Oracle and Lotus Notes Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under time constraints Experience handling confidential information and maintaining compliance with security standards
